The Relational Leader is an immersive three-day retreat designed for academic healthcare leaders who are ready to do the deeper work of self and organizational transformation. Over three days you will step back from the daily demands of your role and step into a different kind of learning — one grounded in reflection, relationship, and the inner work of authentic leadership.

Who Should Participate:

  • Leaders who want to create a different future for academic healthcare than what we have today
  • Leaders who want to learn how to create change through relational methods (vs. conventional analytical methods)
  • Leaders who are willing to do the inner work needed to transform themselves
