Meetings are a ubiquitous part of work life and absorb a disproportionate amount of productive work time. Yet, many complain about how inefficient, ineffective, and uninspiring most of our meetings are. The purpose of this session is to introduce the science and practice of meetings. Through an interactive start-stop-continue framework, participants will learn which of the many “best practices” for effective meetings may unlock their potential as a meeting leader and meeting attendee.
