Why do we often make decisions that go against our best intentions during stressful times, even though we’re aligned with our goals when life is calm?
Please join Tricia Petzold, MD to explore Mind Body Bridging, a practical approach to understanding how your brain functions under stress versus calm. Through this lens, you’ll learn how to reconnect with your natural functioning state, the innate capacity within all of us to heal, make wise decisions, and live more fully.
Goals:
- Understand the mind-body connection and how stress disrupts it
- Learn concrete tools to access your brain’s natural functioning state
- Shift from survival mode into a thriving state, even during chaos
- Break free from looping thoughts and emotional overwhelm
- Reconnect with your physical senses and inner wisdom
- Enhance your relationships, vitality, and sense of purpose
You will gain practical, accessible tools to navigate everyday stress, make clear decisions, and return to balance, mentally, physically, and emotionally
Experience the ripple effect of well-being, starting with you.
