Leadership Development

In 2026, the Office for Faculty will conduct monthly half-day virtual workshops on topics relevant to organizational management. This workshop series provides a fundamental understanding on a range of managerial topics. This series is open to faculty, staff, and learners.

When you first become a leader, people follow you just because of your title. However, it is easy to advance from this level if you do so progressively, increasing your influence as you go. Following principles from The Five Levels of Leadership by John Maxwell, this retreat will examine each of the five levels of leadership, how they apply to healthcare leadership, and how to achieve them successfully. $35 (INCLUDES BOOK)
