Making Life Work is a two‑day, in‑person workshop for faculty who feel out of sync with their current daily rhythm and want to design a more intentional, sustainable way of living. Through reflection and intention-setting, participants assess their life satisfaction, clarify personal priorities, and explore what a meaningful day‑to‑day life could look like. The workshop also focuses on strengthening key relationships—at work and at home—by developing win‑win strategies that balance competing needs. Faculty leave with clearer priorities, practical tools for managing time and energy, and relationship agreements that support a healthier, more fulfilling way of living.
