The Creative Career Roadmap Workshop offers faculty an opportunity to step back, reflect, and intentionally shape the future of their academic careers. Over two immersive days, participants explore the phases of an academic career, clarify mission and values, craft a professional identity, and navigate choices and transitions with greater confidence. Through guided workshops, peer dialogue, and practical tools, faculty develop a clearer narrative, set meaningful goals, and chart a purposeful path forward in academia.
Through participation in this workshop, you will:
- Learn how to manage an academic career
- Reconnect with the unique purpose of your career
- Complete an action plan and individual development plan for the coming year.
This retreat is for faculty at all stages of career (early, mid, late). This will be an in-person, two-day event. The cost for the event is $50 and includes breakfast and lunch on both days.
